Pop Tab Collection for Ronald McDonald House Charities

At Hillcrest, we are proud to support the Ronald McDonald House Charities through our ongoing Pop Tab Collection program. By collecting aluminum pop tabs, we help raise funds for families in need while teaching our students the value of giving back to the community.

How It Works: Students, staff, and families can bring in pop tabs from soda cans and other aluminum containers. These tabs are turned in for scrap metal, and the proceeds are donated to the Ronald McDonald House, an organization that provides a “home away from home” for families with children receiving medical care.

Why Pop Tabs? Pop tabs are small, but they add up! Aluminum is a valuable material that can be recycled over and over, making this an easy and impactful way to support a great cause.

Get Involved: Simply collect your pop tabs at home and bring them to school. Every tab helps make a difference in the lives of families staying at Ronald McDonald Houses.
