2024 Hillcrest Knowledge-A-Thon
October 17th!

The Hillcrest Knowledge-A-Thon is an exciting event that combines curriculum-based learning with fundraising to support our school. Students will receive grade-appropriate questions and answers to study over three weeks. During this time, we encourage students to gather pledges for their participation.

How It Works:

Fundraising Purpose: Your support directly benefits the students and staff at Hillcrest! Proceeds from the Knowledge-A-Thon and other fundraisers throughout the 2024-2025 school year will go towards field trips, student enrichment activities, and teacher support.

Pledges: Students are asked to collect flat-rate pledges for participating in this fun, educational event. Pledges are due by October 18th, and can be submitted via Venmo, cash, check or our website on Zeffy here, (Please note that Zeffy is 100% based funds to the PTO – They do have an option to support their free platform, you do NOT have to donate additionally if you don’t want to by selecting “Other” in the drop down box.
Please make checks payable to “Hillcrest PTO.” As a Wisconsin non-profit, all donations are tax-deductible. To request a tax receipt, contact us at pto@hillcrestpto.org.

Participation: On October 17th, all students will answer their questions using an iPad app. Every participant will receive a star student bracelet and a certificate showcasing their score as recognition of their hard work.
